Union Station Homeless Services is accepting applications for the Rapid Re-Housing Program.
Thanks to federal assistance from the Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-Housing Program, low income homeless adults and families in Pasadena may be eligible to receive:
- Housing location support
- Rental and move-in assistance
- Referrals for career development, employment opportunities and benefits
To be eligible for this program Pasadena adults and families must meet the following guidelines:
- Recently homeless
- Reasonably good rental history
- Reasonably good credit history
- Willing to participate in a case management program to help them become independent and self-sufficient
- At or below 50% Area Median Income (see chart)
