Rapid Re-Housing/City of Pasadena
Union Station Homeless Services is accepting applications for the Rapid Re-Housing Program in the City of Pasadena.
Thanks to federal assistance from the Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP), low income homeless adults and families in Pasadena may be eligible to receive the following services from Union Station Homeless Services:
  • Housing location support
  • Rental and move-in assistance
  • Referrals for career development and employment opportunities
To recieve Rapid-Rehousing services in the city of Pasadena you must:
  • Be recently homeless
  • Have reasonably good rental history
  • Have reasonably good credit history
  • Be willing to participate in a case management program to help participants become independent and self-sufficient
  • Be at or below 50% Area Median Income (see chart below)
Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-Housing/Los Angeles County
Union Station Homeless Services is accepting applications for the Homelss Prevention Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) in LA County. HPRP may be able to help you pay for costs such as:
  • Back rent
  • Rental assistance
  • Past-due gas and electric bills
  • Security deposit for a new apartment
  • Fees to turn on your utilities
The program may also offer a short-term rental subsidy, mediation services, consumer counseling and legal services. It is designed to help individuals, couples and families who:
  • Are in danger of loosing the place they are renting or have recently lost their place to live
  • Live in an approved area of Los Angeles County
  • Have reasonably good credit history
  • Have reasonably good rental history
  • At or below 50% Area Median Income (see chart below)
