EUCLID VILLA TRANSITIONAL APARTMENTS

Euclid Villa provides 14 apartments with supportive services for families transporting out of homelessness. Families pay 30% of their income for rent, while gaining the skills, stability and confidence they need to secure permanent housing.

PROGRAM FACTS
  • Each year, 14 homeless families live in private apartments at Euclid Villa.
  • All families meet with a case manager weekly to address the issues that led to their homelessness.
  • All families receive the services they need to improve their physical,
    mental and financial well-being.
  • All residents save 70% of their income towards future housing.
  • Last year, 100% of families exiting our program moved to permanent housing.
