EUCLID VILLA TRANSITIONAL APARTMENTS (154 S. Euclid Avenue, Pasadena, CA) Euclid Villa provides 14 apartments with supportive services for families transporting out of homelessness. Families pay 30% of their income for rent, while gaining the skills, stability and confidence they need to secure permanent housing. WHAT WE PROVIDE Private apartments with kitchens Case management and referrals Benefits advocacy Adult classes in parenting, nutrition, money management, and life skills Children's enrichment activities Permanent housing resources PROGRAM FACTS Each year, 14 homeless families live in private apartments at Euclid Villa. All families meet with a case manager weekly to address the issues that led to their homelessness. All families receive the services they need to improve their physical, mental and financial well-being. All residents save 70% of their income towards future housing. Last year, 100% of families exiting our program moved to permanent housing.
